Help Prevent Pollution.
The members of SPLASH prohibit the discharge of pollutants into the storm drain system. Our staff are trained to identify and report illegal discharges. You can help us protect stormwater by reporting any suspicious substances entering a storm drain
Look out for anything but rainwater or snowmelt entering the street or gutters. If you notice a substance other than rain flowing into a storm drain inlet or see someone pouring something into a storm sewer system or stream, please use our “Contact Us” page to find your local contact to report the incident.
What is allowed in the storm system?
