The Chatfield watershed includes Chatfield Reservoir, Plum Creek Drainage and a portion of the South Platte River below Strontia Springs. The Chatfield Watershed Authority is the designated water quality management agency for the Chatfield Watershed. The Chatfield Wateshed Authority is the organization formed by local governments and the Title 32 Districts, industry, sorporations, and other entities with the Chatfield Watershed to implement point source, nonpoint source, and/or stormwater controls.
