1.  Public Education and Outreach – SPLASH group members prepares brochures, fact sheets, and general interest articles to assist the public with understanding what they can do to improve water quality in their neighborhood and waterways.  There are also many websites that have information or resources to help the public get involved.  The following are some resource links to these websites:
